I have used

Currently:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1187028&CatId=493

In the past:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=925065&CatId=0

Both treated me very well.
Quiet is something I can't really comment on...as to me they are both pretty quiet..2 case fans generate most of my noise...So i've never been able to hear the CPU fan.
