Internet Gateway?

Hey i had a big issue with my pc. Had to go to a computer tech guy to back up important files onto another hard drive and then had to format the pc and reinstall xp with service pack 2 and then put back my files.

Im running now windows firewall not sure if this has to do with it. But what is an internet gateway? How do i stop it from connecting? Not sure if this is the right place to put this but since it deals with windows and internet i thought i would take a chance.

It says "This connection allows you to connect to the Internet through a shared connection on another computer". I dont want this since im only using one pc.

So anyways how to stop it and remove it? I dont see delete anywhere.

Here is an update. I saw some sorta post on how to remove the internet gateway from searching google.com. Basically said to go to add/remove programs then go to add/remove windows componets then its under networking services. Then you just click off the gateway.

So now i have nothing to worry about.
