Red Meat Marinade
½ cup red cooking wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Accent (optional)
1 clove garlic minced
½ cup salad oil
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Combine ingredients in your marinating container.
Add steak or any kind of beef, marinate for at least 6 hrs.
BBQ.
