it seems that for the last week or so
all my DL useing BitComet is really Slow.or not going at all .

is anyone els have a problem ?

It might be that there is something to do with the different encryption methods.

Do µTorrent and Azureus not use a different method?

Bit comet has been banned by most torrent sites. I would switch to Azureus, I think you'll find an increase in your speeds.

I did switch to Azureus the other day. Managed to sign up with one of the closed sites and they still had BitComet banned.

Just today I managed 400 kb/sec downloads:-)

This is old news, this was due to a bug back in version .59, it's currently upto .62 and has fixed those issues.

I have had no problems with BC, I still clock in well over 400k/sec

Theres also utorrent which works with azureus but is much much smaller and way easier on the system.

Bitcomet only has header encryption which is easy to get around where as azureus and utorrent encrypt the whole thing.

Add that to the above mentioned banning and and bitcomet is going bye bye.
