I saw Gordon Lightfoot perform in concert only once before ... in 1993.

I've ordered tickets for his upcoming performance at Massey Hall on Nov. 17th

He's actually performing three nights (Nov 16, 17 & 18)

I'm really looking forward to seeing him again. Anyone else thinking about going to see him?

Not at those prices I wont be. Sure he is a great artist but ticket costs these days are outrageous.

When I was a young kid in the early 70's I worked as a parking valet right near Massey Hall. Gordon Lightfoot would leave his silver Porsche at this place and pay for hamburgers for us. I was the one sent out to bring them back, and no he did not leave but waited and ate with us prior to the show. Swell guy and a true Canadian icon ... now I will look into buying tickets for his show in November 2006 ...

I saw Gordon Lightfoot the same year (1993) I can honestly say he puts on an excellent show. If anyone gets a chance to go I would highly recommend it :)
