I was asking about the specifc Toronto location, ie. address, because I am doing a project for school where I have to find out where it is.

I would be surprised if they told you, specifically where they were. Both of my kids worked in call centres, and weren't allowed to disclose their exact location. "The GTA" was as close as you would get.

It's in Scarborough. I can't remember if it's on Eglinton East or Lawrence East but it's near Warden or Birchmount somewhere. They have a large complex there which also houses their central IT, wealth management and call centre operations.
