Can't post wanted ad?

I've tried posting a "want to buy" ad in the Used Computer Equipement section but it doesn't seem to get posted. I go through the steps, click "submit ad" and then it takes me back to the first step.

Just read the instructions again and follow them carefully, you must be missing something.I've posed ads before without any problem, I just can't seem to post a want ad. I tired another 5 times and still have the saem problem. I've tried from different computers and still can't post the ad.
