Looking for Zucchini Bread Recipe

I'm looking for a tried and true recipe for Zucchini Bread. The last one I tried was not a success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My mother used to make Zucchini cake and when I first saw her make it, I said I will never eat it. She used to make several cakes and then freeze them.

One day we ate cake and she asked me if I liked it. I certainly did and that's when she told me what it was.

Never had the bread though.

Thanks very much for the links sargpep. I have tried ones off the Net, and was wondering if somebody had a personal favourite, as the last one I tried from a recipe off the Net was not really that great.

Will keep the URL's though, there may be other good stuff there...:)

ZUCCHINI LOAF



MIX ALL TO-GETHER TILL CREAMY:


3 EGGS
1 CUP OIL
2 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
2 CUPS SHREDDED ZUCCHINI


ADD:

2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP. SALT
1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. BAKING SODA


MIX TO-GETHER WELL. PUT IN 2 GREASED/FLOURED LOAF PANS.
BAKE 350 DEG. FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
