Lost Internet Explorer & Outlook Express !!!

Above says it all ! (almost)

Am looking for a method whereby I can restore both without
having to subscribe to a free trial and then end up paying (if
possible). I tried this system and am now stuck as it won't uninstall.
I got stuck with Spam Blocker the same way.

Now, I can NOT send or receive e-mail, and I can't get mail
by mailreader either.
My incredimail is also blocked, I would delete it if I knew how to
save my current rec'd e-mail.
Is anyone out there conversent with FREE solutions ? I hope !
I would be most grateful for any and all suggestions
Am using Win Xp Home, on a HP 512MB 2.0 GHz PC.

You can try and re-installing Internet Explorer.
