Newsgroups not working?!!!

Anyone in the Ossington, Bloor area having problems connecting to news.isp.giganews.com? Since yesterday I haven't been able to update any headers or download any articles. I tried reseting my modem, router and even reinstalled the latest version of Grabit. The strange thing is that the search function works but I cant retrieve anything. Anyone else have this problem?

UPDATE: After talking with a Rogers Tech for a hour and trying everything from:

- Releasing/Renewing IP
- Direct connection to PC
- Creating new profile
- Typing in the actual ip address instead of nntp for hostname
- Using email name and pass for login
- Pinging in to Giganews with RUN>CMD>Ping nntp.broadband.rogers.com (which actually shows a connection)
- Using Outlook Express to create a account
- Uninstalling Norton Firewall

After all that, I still can't seem to connect... it just seems like the server is refusing my connection. Will update again if I figure out this problem. :(
