Just had Power DVD expire on me. only got to use it once. how do I completly remove it so that i can install the trial again? it seems to attach something to the computer that looks at the date. Any help appreciated.:rrg:

why not just get a code / serial number?
i don't know if they allow hotlinks here but what version do you have ;)

You could try getting a free player such as VLC
www.videolan.org
In order to reset the trial version you would have to edit the registry. Try the free player above before you resort to piracy!

there are some good free ware programs out there...
just depends on what your trying to do..make backup copies of your software and such..I suggest DVD Shrink..http://www.freedownloadhq.com/DvdShrink.html
To encode...I still stick with WIN Avi http://www.winavi.com/en/download/download.htm

seeing how this part of the forum is called welcome to the dark side..dvd burning and such...i just assumed...they wanted a crack......although...i did post 2 links to FREE downloads.....here....i am sorry if i offended anyone here...i will not make the same mistake again:hsh:

Even if PowerDVD was free I wouldn't use it. And I have to full version on a CD that came with the dvd burner.
Why not just download Media Player Classic and be done with it?
