Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you know that recently my dad has purchased a 1982 corvette, champaigne color with t-tops glass roof. Power everything. The body is in excellent condition, it needs some mechanical work just small things but runs fairly well. I had never experienced a car like that with dual pipe straight thru exhaust. It drives really nicely and we plan to keep it forever and restore it to new a bit at a time.

Nice car. Owned an 81 for 13 years until I traded in for something faster. Can't beat the looks of that model Corvette. Wherever I went people used to comment on it.
Nice car! Make it a project that you and your father can work on together.

They are nice yes but I think the 63 split window or 65 Mkao Shark are nicer.
Enjoy the new ride Computer Guy

Agreed, and an all original with all numbers matching specimen is worth a fortune today.

Well that is the idea that is what we are going to do. We of course cant do all the work but we can do some of it and the rest let the pros deal with the mechanical. We both are not really mechanicly inclined.
