What's the best program for shrinking a partition?

I'm wanting to install linux on my machine but currently the only partition is taking up 100% of the disk space and is windows. What's the best program for shrinking a partition?

Well linux will do that automaticly when you go into the install. If you dont wish to do that, you can use partition magic. Its really easy to use.

I use Acronis software you can resize, delete partitions, without loosing your data.
