Scientists at the Department of Gravitationphysik have determined that if 600 million people jump at precisely the same moment, earth's orbit will be changed, the distance from the sun will be increased, and global warming will be eliminated.

oh yes, and if we all pucker up and blow to the left for 10 seconds, the world will revolve faster and we'll all get one-minute younger or older, depending upon where in the world you live.
