I had a brand-new 1964 Polara 440 HT, with a 383 4-bbl.

Man, that thing could sure suck gas.

Man, that thing could sure suck gas.
Had a '66 Plymouth Fury III - looked a bit like this, except I had wide 70 series tires, black spoke chrome rim wheels, spring rear lift and stabilizer, and dual Thrush exhaust. Went through two 318 big block and one 383. All engines had high rise manifold with 750CFM 4 bbl Holley.
