Epson Scanner

I bought an Epson Scanner and downloaded all of the software. Registered and everything. The scanner got unplugged and when I plugged it back in, it made me register again which I did. When I click my Smart Panel which I use most for sending pictures still comes up Registry Error and I can't use it. Can somebody help? :vxd: Thanks Ron.

I have XP2000 Outlook Express.

Is this a usb scanner? If so, unplug it again, remove it from device manager in control panel. Uninstall the software and reinstall. Turn off the computer, plug it back in and restart. It should detect the scanner and you should be good to go.
