RUNDLL error upon startup

Hi, I suddenly got this error when I logged on my system today. I have no idea what caused this and any help is appreciated, thanks. I am running winxp.

I did a google search on that dll file and cannot find it. I've also searched my system (XPpro and '98) and do not have it. Have you run spyware and virus cleaners? You may also want to run www.CCleaner.com and check for issues.

Unless someone knows what program that dll file is assosciated with I'm inclined to believe you don't want it.

never seen that dll

theres a virus going on "VeryLince" u can get,
it makes up DLL files, and restarts your computer after its done

gets spyware info and crap.
