When I started my computer this morning I got this error window. What the heck have I done now?

Hey Neal.. can you make the file bigger.. its really hard to read the error..

This is what the error reads. It came up when I started up the computer this morning. Yesterday I got an "Intrusion Alert" from the Kerio firewall. After that (yesterday) every time I tried to open "My Documents" I would get the Kerio window "Intrusion Alert" again. I changed the name form "My Documents" to "Neal's Documents" and it stopped. Then this, this morning leading me to think that something more serious was going on.

So I clicked on the link there that showed up two post ago. It took me to Microsoft for a 'hotfix' or something like that. I downloaded it and rebooted. No Microsoft pop up for "Application not found".
Could I have accidentally fixed it?
