I just downloaded the new firefox browser ,can't figure out how to install it. i'm using ubuntu linux any help would be great . because i'm newbie

not sure about your didtro but mine I just double clicked on it.
make sure it is the correct file for your linux.

your linux is not the same as mine but the info given makes me
think there may be a better way.

Click kmenu then go to system then package manager (KYNAPIC) open that program and under world wide web they should have a copy of firefox and mozillia there. Let me know if that helps. Btw I am using the same version as you. I am using unbuntu as well.
