Does anyone know what could cause my desktop to rotate 90° to the left?
I left the computer on this morning and when I came home for lunch the whole display, including icons & text had rotated. My mouse response has also been affected. I'm running Win98 Se with all updates and have EZ trust antivirus running always. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Its a funny trick done it many times here at work and even fliped the monitor around so it looks fine until they notice that the monitor is really upside down. Anyways on my machine here it's:

Hold down ALT-CTRL and then a arrow key to flip it.

Of course might be different on your system, but thats the way it works with this video driver.

If the above doesn't work, check your video card advanced properties.

If it is an onboard Intel video chip, then this might work:
start--> control panel-->dbl click on "intel extreme graphics" --> click on "rotation" tab--> make rotation view to normal.....
