From Windows (On C:/ drive) go into your administrative tools (in your control panel).
In there you will see Computer Management. Them On the Left pane you will See Disk Management. There You can Delete and remake a new partition on your D:/ Drive.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KEEP FROM YOUR D:/ DRIVE FIRST!!
Then, Format the drive, You can to this here, or you can do It from My Computer by right clicking and going to FORMAT. Warning: This may take a minute or two depending on your computer.
Good luck.:ibi:

Another way is to edit your boot.ini file. When editing all you have to do is delete the line pointing to the OS on drive D. This way, you wont have to format D and take the chance of losing anything. I have done this before but right now my brain is in the doctors office and cant remember how to edit the boot.ini file, but I am sure someone here remembers. A quick google search for "edit boot.ini" should also work.
