Photo Contest Rules
1 entry per person.
Photos must have been taken by you.
Can be digital or Scanned, Colour or Black and White.
Minimal Photo editing please, this is not a contest of your "Photoshopping" skills.
Contest starts on Sunday (as soon as previous weeks winner posts a topic)
Entries close ~7 am Friday (when I start setting up the voting).
Voting starts ~ 7 am Friday ( as soon as I get the poll set up) and closes 48 hours later.
Each weeks topic is chosen by the previous weeks winner

Sorry to be slow on the uptake - on dialup for the moment and it's painful.....
How about something to get everyone playing with their cameras - textures (ie a picture of something with a definite texture, that makes you feel it without having to touch it.
(If that's a little too bizarre or obscure, let me know and I'll come up with something different.)

Our son needs to find an inexpensive camera for his wife for Mothers day. Ken, could you tell me what kind of camera you used for that shot ... it is good!

it is an ezonics 3.mp you could probably find on cheap.
this camera is limited by todays standards but I find it
a great point and shoot camera. i have taken over 100
flash pictures on 4 AAA rechargeable batteries. it is somewhat
slow for fast shots but has worked well for me.

not all my pictures turn out great. The best thing about a digital camera is you can take more than one picture. I took 5 pictures of that shot 1
I got right. like I said the camera has limitations but is a great starter
camera so easy to use.
