I just watched this movie coming to DVD next tuesday and i have to say i laughed my ass off. Its a hilarious look at the life of a broadway producer and acountant whos dream is to become a famous producer. They go into a venture to create the worst play ever made so they can steal millions of investors dollars when the play flops. Unfortunatly it doesnt and they now have to live with some consequences.

Its a star studded film including Nathan Lane,Matthew Broderick,Uma Thurman, Will Ferrell.

Really funny movie with both obvious jokes and some you have to do a double take on.

How's it compare to the original Mel Brooks movie, with Gene Wilder, Zero Mostel?

Being only 19, I doubt he has seen the original movie.

IMHO they would be hard-pressed to better that one.

We have a copy of the original in VHS. Gene, Zero and the rest of the gang are great.

This is my wife's all time favourite movie.
