In my travels,I came across a kitchen tip that suggested that you wrap your celery in foil to keep it fresh and firm...is anyone here doing that? I've never heard it before and it sounded odd so, I figured I'd ask and see if was really that odd!:vxd:

I've never heard that before. :vxd:
I just lightly rinse the stalk to give it some extra moisture
and put in back in the plastic bag I brought it home in.
I've been on a celery binge lately. Stir frying chopped celery and
green onions together then mixing them with rice. So good. :)

Your kitchen must smell fantastic whenever you do that...sounds mouthwatering!

I've heard of it but I've never tried it. I have a fresh bunch in the fridge, maybe I'll give it try. I always end up composting at least a few stalks.
