I have noticed a few vehicles with white transponders in addition to the 407 ETR units. All the cars were plated in Ontario. Is there any highway near Ontario which uses a similar transponder system specificall with white transponders. I am thinking maybe New York as I remember seeing something like that when I was in there 2004.

Im not sure.. but I think the Transponders for rental car's or fleet vehicals are white. I could be wrong. I know mine is black

A lot of parking gararges use transponders and I know a lot of people with white ones.

Are you possibly confused with transmitters for opening garage doors? I should have been more clear. I meant a white box vecro'ed to the windshield where the normal 407ETR one is.

You drive up to the garage and the door automatically opens. Lots of condos, apartments, schools and businesses have them.
