Any must have OSX software or tweaks?

I just started using OSX and it is great. Just wondering if there is any "must have" software or tweaks or anything I should do.

So far all I have done is replaced Safari with Firefox, and got Tomato Torrent for downloading torrents. Anything else I should get?
