MPlayer 2.0b9r5 crashes after Apple Security Update
Since installing the latest OS/X security update, circa
~11th May 2006, MPlayer 2.0 causes the MacBook Pro to
hard-lock when trying to play back video.

Mouse movement is still available but everything else
is frozen. I've tried this also on a fresh install of
OS/X 10.4.6 with all latest updates.
