I bent over to turn on my PC one day, then 3 weeks later I was all right again.

Good Afternoon all !
Picking up a couple of new boxes for a client in a few minutes, checking the mail, cleaning up some backed up work.
Off to Sauble Beach for the weekend. Leaving maggiemuffet there for the rest of next week, then back to pick 'er up next weekend.
She prepared a pile of food so I won't starve next week - Yep, I'm spoiled :D
Kidney stones calmed down, so I hope they stay calm until at least Monday after I get back.
Enjoy what looks to be a great long weekend for weather!

Good Evening Everyone
I feel for ya Swordy... that's what happened to me last Thursday and I'm still not able to do anything... but I keep trying... :hsh:
Rest it as much as possible and don't forget to stretch it out regularly so it doesn't tighten up too much... or it'll feel worse...
It was a really nice day weather wise... sunny most of the afternoon, but clouded over just a couple hours ago.
The rest of the weekend looks promising :D

Left... that's the side that is most affected on me too... the knee feels like it's throbbing.
I find the a bed, even though it's very firm, is too soft when things flair up like this... the floor is just about right... don't forget to elevate your legs too... takes some of the pressure off ;)

Dr Dan, Thanks, my brother has to wait for about 6 weeks to know whether the bone marrow transplant is a success. Apart from total hair loss and a bout of pleurisy, due to the chemo, he's doing fairly well. We are all praying that the transplant will be a success. :)
