I got a interview at Canadain tire today, I don't know what i should wear to it.
What somthings not to do in a interview?

I think you need to remember that you only get one chance to make a first impression. That said, you should be relaxed, and "presentable". But depending on the position you're interviewing for, how presentable is up for debate. I know when I go to interviews, I remove my earrings (I have 4) and I make sure I shave, etc beforehand... but that's just me. :-)

I have 1 earring on my ear , is that acceptable? I read a couple articles recently that more and more managers are accpeting them along with tatoos.

I think you answered your own question...more and more managers are becoming accepting of them, however, that is to say that not all are.
Your best bet is, at least for first impression sake, or for an interview, remove all piercings......once you know what their standing is on the issue, you can put them back in as you see fit.

bring your smile they will see that first and it will set the tone of the interview.
