Sunset taken with cellphone camera

Man I thought my Motorola C650 took some good pics. Nice shot. Camera phones are handy.

Yep. Camera phones are getting better. I heard there is a 3.x megapixel one coming out.

Sharp already has a 3mp camera phone out, and Sony Ericsson will have 3mp camera phone out soon, as will Nokia.

I have a 2mp camera on my SE w810i and it takes alright photos, but it won't be replacing my Powershot S80 anytime soon.

I remember when camera phones first came out a few years back and at first I thought it was just a gimmick. But then I got my first camera phone, it took really crappy photos but I liked the idea of taking quick pics of things. It now seems that camera phones are actually starting to be of some use.

Also, just a not about the 3mp camera phones, from what I've seen of sample pics, they don't look that much better then good 2mp cameras found on certain Sony Ericsson phones.
