Hi there everyone.
I am using the kubuntu I created my own account but it didn't give me enough access I can't seem to find the root password. Is there anyone who can help me

Kubuntu (and Ubuntu) don't make it easy to get root access. Their preferred way is to use sudo. I'm pretty sure I was able to set up root via command line afterward the install. (Can't remember for sure). Some info on root in those distros:
