Since there was only one entry in this weeks contest MindField is the winner by default
Mindfield... please post a new topic... this will give everyone a little extra time to get an entry ready and entered...
Photo Contest Rules
1 entry per person.
Photos must have been taken by you.
Can be digital or Scanned, Colour or Black and White.
Minimal Photo editing please, this is not a contest of your "Photoshopping" skills.
Contest starts on Sunday (as soon as previous weeks winner posts a topic)
Entries close ~7 am Friday (when I start setting up the voting).
Voting starts ~ 7 am Friday ( as soon as I get the poll set up) and closes 48 hours later.
Each weeks topic is chosen by the previous weeks winner
Topic must be chosen within 24 hrs of the close of voting or choice of topic wi revert to the second place photo

The Topic for this week is Summer and the Outdoors
Examples: sunsets, cottage activaties, camping, water sports, gardens or flower beds, amusement parks....
You get the idea, so lets see your pictures.

My project this summer - my dad needed something better for his tomatoes (you can see the old pots and stakes in the background), so I made him these boxes. We put our heads together on the staking system and came up with using 1/2" cpvc piping with t's and elbows and he put together that part. The tomatoes are growing like crazy and now he doesn't have to water twice a day when it's really dry. He can add to the framework as they get bigger. No more tying them up with old pantihose! At the end of the season, I'll put them on wheels.

Here is a pic of the view at my in-laws trailer in Cold Water. It is just so beautiful and serene there. I would love to wake up every summer morning to this!

well didnot take my camera in the canoe... probabily a good idea as I lost one that way a couple of years ago....
