I looked on the Ghost Recon site and it doesn't seem to be available for PC, at least not yet.

I know that they released some new multiplayer maps (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/tomclancysghostrecon3/download.html?sid=6152969) for the PC but Chapter 2 for the 360 (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/marketplace/tomclancyghostreconadvancedwarfighter/contentdownload-maps.htm)has other features as well.

So I've briefly played with some (not all) of the Chapter 2 content, and I am very happy with what has been released thus far... the co-op campaign missions are great (especially when you have someone leading you that's already done some of the missions). and the new maps are great fun!!!! I am totally hooked AGAIN by Ghost Recon... worth getting in my opinion...
