White Specs in MSN My Space

I'm trying to upload photos in MSN My Space but after i upload photos, some of them have white specs

Lighting, resizing, and resolution may be the problem. I use Adobe Photoshop software for editing my photos.

thats odd.......
msm must be reducing the quality. could be there way of reducing
the amount of web space bandwidth used. but I don't know for sure.
