We are having a street party on Saturday with about 60 adults and kids. Face painting,basketball,bbq,water balloon contest? Does anyone have any ideas? Any input would be greatful! Thanks in advance.

nice. I use to deliver papers there when I was a kid.. I grew up on Seaborn, and then moved to Archdekin..

Idea : Water ballon races. Put water ballons on your head, and you must run (race) a certain distance, with the ballon balancing on your head (no hands holding it)..

How about Trading Places. Exchange one kid for another, just for a day.

Why not have every person in attendance bring one item each to be donated to the local food bank? Be it a can of beans, a box of Kraft dinner, a package of spaghetti...whatever. Thats the price of admission...donation to the food bank. Just a thought. Have a big box set up to collect donations.

That was one of the first suggestions and we are doing that. We are also going to have a 50/50 draw and donate to MADD.

Both good causes. I am thinking you are already pretty well organized by the sounds of things. Go with the flow and you will do just fine.
