I haven't yet overclocked, except for the video card. I tried raising the FSB, after first increasing the video core and memory, but when I did, I got artifacts and spots in Windows. I had tested the new core/mem with benches and a lot of hours of gaming and it worked fine, now I can't raise the FSB a tad without it messing up. Any ideas?
Anyways, here are some scores, the new video card settings, and the stock CPU information:

I'll do more benches as well as re-bench when I get the CPU overclocked ;)
Oh, and if you didn't already notice: my system specs are in my sig :)

I got a money return for the CPU, so I only paid $612 for it. As for the video card, I paid $799, but it's now at $729: I don't care :)
You might be able to push the "FSB" if you drop the HTT multiplier - chipset is probably the bottleneck. Multipliers above the max default for that processor are locked.
I may not know what I’m talking about - haven't touched an Athlon 64 myself.

Is your memory TCCD or TCC5 chips?
A64's need memory that wasa made for them, I had 2X512 OCZ PC3500 EL, that hated my A64..
I was only actually able to get them to 223mhz after that crapped out on me.
Maybe yours hated to.?
In order to get any higher than that i had to run the mem at 333.
