Hi,
I have been to the other area on spyware problem and FrostyOne sent me
to you guys. I got a Worm Bagle CA & Trojan BYTEVERIFY and MYWAY which have all seem to be fixed. But I still can not get into my Email which is
Outlook Express I try to retreive my mail it starts looking and a message comes
back as (password can not be authorized) this started right after I had opened
an attachment of a email my husband had sent to me from his computer at
work. Later in the day I tried to check my Email and it will not allow me access.

your best bet Kris would be to call your ISP and have them reset your password

Thanks for the info I'll give Direcway a call. I hope that will solve my problem.
