There are a few content management systems that I know about.

The only difficulty with them is that you have to learn how they work and how to program the CSS in them to display them exactly the way you want it to.

Ahhh, I can install those packages as part of my web server features, I tried them a while back and was overwhelmed with the amount of information there :(

Just about any Linux server account with cPanel and Fantastico scripts should offer the free install. Lots of templates and add-ins available online.
