NAT Problem

When I use Azureus, it tells me if my status is yellow all the time I may have a NAT problem! First of all what exactly is a NAT problem and secondly, how do i fix it ? Thanks

If you use a router, you have to forward the port that Azureus uses from the router to your PC.
