Missing

Does anyone here have the game Missing made by the adventure company? It looks like a very good game whereby you recieve instructions via email but it seems when i install the game it can not connect to thier servers. I have emailed The macufacturer but they have not replied back, thus i can not proceed through with th egame . Any suggestions?
