Spam Blocker

I have a 3" x 3" block on my e-mail screen
called Spam Blocker. How can I get rid of this
damn thing ? I clicked on 'yes' to a Microsoft offer
which did not show up under Control Panel and I can't
find a way to delete it.
Anyone else fall for this crap ?
