I'm a Palm newbie. Just recently got a Z22 for use at work (I'm a teacher and will be using it primarily to organize myself and for assessment purposes).

Is it possible to sync both at home and at work? Is it not recommended? Care to explain the logistics?

Shouldn't be a problem. I used my old T3 everywhere I go, home, office, oversea colleague desktop. But, make sure the data transfer is to your palm, not the other way if the device synch is someone else worksatation. As long as your Plam isn't always direct connected to network, security shouldn't be an issue.

Also, make sure before you sync on the computer that you select the correct user (ie. yourself). My fiancee uses my computer to synch up her palm pilot. If she doesn't switch the user to her name on the palm desktop, she winds up getting all my info on her palm pilot and I get stuck with all her info on my palm desktop calendar.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try this out tomorrow and see how it works out.

The Palm has been a real life saver in terms of getting me organized. People seem to think they can depend on me now!! Haha. I'm suprised they're not more popular!! Especially the Z22 -- it's mega-affordable (esp. off of eBay) and does everything I'd want. Sure the higher-models are pretty and have lots of bells and whistles.. but I'd worry that'd make me less productive rather than more productive.

Thanks again,

C.
