This is a bit of an odd one... :tch:

A Russian astrologer is attempting to sue NASA over Deep Impact's cometary collision early Monday morning. She claims, the impact “ruins the natural balance of forces in the universe,” and is seeking $300 million in restitusion for her “moral sufferings,”.

Here's the Full Story... (http://msnbc.msn.com/id/8474735/)

"We" are part of the natural balance of the universe. Therefore, anything we do is part of that balance.

I don't think she has a chance.
but after seeing the event I wondered about the implications
of what they did or what they may do in the future. we have
made a fine mess of our world.

The effect of the probe hitting the comet is approximately equal to the effect of a mosquito hitting a 747.

I'll have to keep a low profile and hope that astronomer doesn't notice that I killed a couple of mosquitos while working on my desk last weekend... I probably put the balance of nature out of whack!

Possiable Time vortex here , there is a chance that the comet is hurdling back in to space/time to create the big bang .. but due to our blast we may have destroyed the one spec that strated the human race .. By doing that causing a crash on the tcm message board ... hmmm:tch:

darn, if only had i known i could sue NASA when i was a kid. that moon landing scared the daylights out of me. i was quite frightened for those astronauts way up there, all alone . . .

anyone know if there's a statutory deadline for "childhood trauma by spacewalk".

I'd believe it if he'd filed his suit around launch time. His astrology must be pretty poor if he did know it was going to happen. :D
