My daughter just bought herself a video ipod...how do we download movies and text onto it? What program do we use and is there a good reference site for secret tips to using the ipod...Apple web site was not as helpful as we had wished.

check out ilounge.com. This site was originally called iPod Lounge. It changed the name because it is no longer strickly iPod centric but they do great reviews on accessories and they do have a forum for iPods.
