CODCO Theme?

I have tried with Atlantis Alliance Films who now own the rights to Salter Street Films and CODCO, but have been unable to get the series in any form. Does anybody out there know who or what band played and perhaps the name of that great fiddle song that served as the introduction to that CBC TV show?
If I have asked this before forgive me, I am always looking.
