APPLE IPOD: Tranfer mpeg4 movie to IPOD from PC

Can some help with this one?

I have used a program to copy a dvd into an mpeg4 format that can be used on an ipod. The problem is how to tranfer it to the ipod? Manual does not help?

not sure what you're asking here. If the iPod supports mpeg4, can't you just drag it to the ipod?
