A.O.L. sign on

Could someone explain how to fix this?

When I open the Windows Media Player, the clip will play then the aol sign on screen pops up.
Now. I had to re-install aol about a week ago,maybe that has something to do with it happening.
Your attention and advice is appreciated.

Just a thought go to :
Start
Control Panel
Internet Options
Connections ( Tap )

now there are three options
1 never dial connection
2 Dial whenever.....
3 Always dial......
activate option One
