Hi there,
My computer is acting weird. I tried to burn a copy of a music CD from a regular CD and it works, however when i try to record the music from a CD-R (for audio recording only - used for component systems) it fails...any idea why this would happen?
Thanks
S

If you want help, you should indicate what operating system are you using, what program are you using to burn cds.

I was not sure whether it is a hardware issue or software issue.

is this cdr copy protected in any way or is it the one you recorded?
depending on the program used to read it you may be able to reduce
the read speed. you could also try to rip it to an iso to your harddrive
and burn it from there.

in the future try not to post the same question in two forums.
check your post in the hardware forum.
