Recently tried to install a old version of Quicken on my new computer, operating system Windows XP but would not work. Their is a Quicken icon on the desktop which came with the system but when I click on it states "Quicken Program filed(not your data files) may have been damaged, you will need to re-install Quicken". I have tried to restore system back before I tried to install old Quicken but makes no difference. Also tried to click on software repair wizard icon on desktop but all I get is a blank page coming up on desktop with repair wizard icon in top left corner and X in top right corner. Any help would be appreciated

Have you done as it suggested and reinstalled Quicken? (no need to remove what you have done just reinstall overtop)

first run www.CCleaner.com and scan for issues, remove all that are found and then try the reinstall.

Also, which Quicken was it? Help is available for old and new here....
