Red Meat Marinade
½ cup Red cooking wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Accent – optional
1 clove garlic minced
½ cup salad oil
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients, add beef and marinate at least four hours, overnight is preferable.
I used what they call a 'family' steak, piece of round, about 2" thick, marinated it overnight and then threw it on the bbq. 20 mins on either side and it cut like butter. Good cold too.
